The Group, deep-rooted in Hong Kong, plays an active role in contributing to the society. The Group’s relative committee actively participates in community services and stimulates a corporate culture of caring and respect. The Group has long been putting great effort in creating a harmonious and inclusive community through various ways. During the Year 2020/2021, we continued to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities to help them integrate into the community.

Based on the disability and expertise, we made appropriate arrangements of work for the disabled employees. Appropriate types of support, such as targeted training and emotional counseling, were always available when required. In order to promote disabled employees’ integration into the community and foster social integration of able-bodied and disabled persons, outof-work gatherings and counseling sessions are organized in their spare time and working time.
