202220212020201720152013200820071996199319832022- Winson Holdings was granted the certificate of EcoPartner 2021 and the logo by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) and Bank of China Hong Kong (BOCHK). The certificate is part of the "BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Award", which recognized the efforts of Winson Holdings in protecting the environment and promoting sustainable development in the community.
- The Group entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with LASK JV Facility Management Services Limited, in order to make use of each other’s business network and operational expertise to identify potential business opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including the possible expansion in geographic coverage and in property related synergised services.
2021- Winson Holdings was awarded the Awards of Excellence at the Community Chest 2020/2021 in recognition of their significant contributions to the Chest.
- As of 14 Dec 2021, The Group has been successfully listed as qualified service provider for 19 government departments, such as Hospital Authority, Agriculture, Fisheries and Conversation Department, Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, Hong Kong Police Force, Hongkong Post, Leisure and Cultural Services Department,Office of the Government Chief Information Officer etc.
2020- The Group has successfully undergone the transfer of listing from GEM to the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 11 June 2020, under the stock code 6812.
2017- Winson Holdings commenced trading on the Growth Enterprise Market (now known as GEM) of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 16 March 2017, under the stock code 8421.
2015- The Group was awarded Honorary Certificate 2015 for 3 years of excellence performance during the sustainability projects and management process by Hong Kong Environmental Protection Association.
2013- The Group expanded service to Airline Catering Support, supporting services at flight kitchens of airline catering operators in Hong Kong which requires a high hygiene standards
2008- The Group was first obtained OHSAS 18001: 2007 accreditation from Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency.
2007- The service area of a single Tender Contract of the Group for provision of Environmental Hygiene Services in a commercial centre first exceeded 1.3 million sq.ft.
1996- The Group was first awarded a Tender Contract from a mass transit transportation operator in Hong Kong for provision of Environmental Hygiene Services
1993- On 28 September 1993, Winson Pest Control was incorporated in Hong Kong, providing professional pest control services.
1983- On 9 December 1983, Winson Cleaning was incorporated in Hong Kong, providing environmental hygiene and related services.
