We regularly introduce appropriate environmental hygiene technologies and services to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. So far, the Group has introduced cleaning robots in a number of projects to reduce spread of the virus through less contacts during epidemics, which has been well received by our customers.

In the future, the Group will continue to seek breakthroughs in environmental hygiene technology and design environmental hygiene solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

1. Introducing intelligent display system to enhance the overall environmental hygiene service and user satisfaction
The Hong Kong Government proposed the "Hong Kong Smart City Blueprint 2.0" in 2020, introducing the Smart Public Toilet Programme, which includes reporting the odour level of toilets and the usage of consumables such as toilet paper and soap through the Government's IoT network. Users will be able to know the number of available toilets through the electronic screens.

2. Environmental hygiene robots are increasingly functional to suit the needs of different industries
A variety of robots were launched in the market. They carried multi-functions such as UV disinfection, fogging disinfection and vacuum disinfection. The hardware packages of robots are also being upgraded continuously, including addition of cameras to allow remote control by users via 5G networks, panoramic photo-taking, face recognition and remote customer service.
